The Organizing Secretariat have reserved a number of rooms in different categories of hotel, which are located close to the Vatican Area and the Congress venue.
In particular, we suggest you consider the Ergife Palace Hotel, a very good 4* hotel, located near the congress venue (about 3 km), which provides good value in terms of rates and quality.
Participants wishing to make a hotel reservation are kindly requested to fill in the hotel accommodation form and send it to the Organizing Secretariat:

Hotel accommodation will be guaranteed for those who send in their application before September 30th, 2008. After that date, rooms will not be guaranteed. Thereafter rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Uncompleted forms will not be accepted.
Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
A reservation fee of Euro 20.00 (20% VAT included) and 1 night's deposit will be charged to the credit card upon confirmation of the booking; the organizing secretariat will issue a receipt for the charged reservation fee.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation; the payment of the balance will be requested by the hotel upon check-out.
The hotel will issue a receipt directly after payment.
Confirmation
A booking confirmation will be sent to all participants and will include: the full address of your confirmed hotel, the price per night on a Bed & Breakfast basis and the deposit paid.
Cancellation Policy
Any amendment or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat, KEY CONGRESS & COMMUNICATION.
The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to charge the credit card provided with the following amendment/cancellation fees:
- up until 31st August 2008, the administration cost (€ 20.00)
- up until 31st October 2008, one night's accommodation
- after 31st October 2008, 100% of the total accommodation rate
In the case of a no show, the room will be cancelled and the relevant cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
